We look for useful opportunities
Missed calls, slow estimates, repetitive follow-up, scheduling friction, manual reporting, and routine admin work that keeps pulling people away from customers.
OldBranch Advisory helps business owners decide where AI belongs in everyday work, what to leave alone, and what to do first.
You work directly with Nick Eide. After payment, you choose a time for the video call. Your blueprint arrives within 48 hours of the call.
You should not have to buy software or start a large project just to find out. The Assessment gives you a clear answer before you spend more.
Missed calls, slow estimates, repetitive follow-up, scheduling friction, manual reporting, and routine admin work that keeps pulling people away from customers.
If a process is too messy, too rare, too risky, or cheaper to keep doing by hand, the blueprint says so. Not every problem needs AI.
The OldBranch Advisory AI Assessment is a 45-minute review of how work moves through your business.
Within 48 hours, you receive a written blueprint ranking the best opportunities, explaining likely costs, and giving you a plain go, wait, or skip recommendation. The answer may be AI, simpler automation, a process change, or leaving the work alone.
Most owners should start with the Assessment. If you already have a useful workflow in mind and want help setting it up yourself, start with Coaching.
Two 45-minute working sessions each month to help you set up and improve one useful AI workflow at a time. You bring the real work and operate the tools. Nick helps you plan the next step, work through the setup, test it against real work, and decide what to try next when an issue appears.
Start AI Workflow Coaching — $2,000/monthMonth to month. You use your own tools and accounts. Done-for-you builds, custom integrations, software costs, and ongoing support outside the agreed action list are separate.
After payment, Nick will email you to schedule your first working session.
The best fit is a business where requests, handoffs, sales, delivery, or recurring admin work affect revenue and customer experience.
One call, one decision document, and a practical place to start.
You walk Nick through how requests, scheduling, estimates, callbacks, follow-up, handoffs, and recurring admin work happen today.
The blueprint ranks the best opportunities by likely value, cost, difficulty, and speed to implement.
You get the small number of changes worth considering first, including likely tools, setup costs, ongoing costs, and why each step matters.
If AI is useful, you will know where to begin. If the process needs to be fixed first—or there is no worthwhile opportunity—the report will say that plainly.
If the Assessment does not identify at least one practical AI or automation improvement likely to save or make more than the $900 purchase price, we will refund your $900 payment.
Start with one paid Assessment. Any work afterward is separate and optional.
Pay $900 through Stripe, then use the calendar shown after checkout to book your 45-minute video call.
Bring the real process. We talk through new requests, callbacks, estimates, follow-up, handoffs, and the tools your team already uses.
You receive the findings, ranked opportunities, costs, first steps, and a clear recommendation in plain language.
The Assessment is a one-time $900 purchase. It includes the 45-minute call, written blueprint, and seven days of follow-up questions by email.
The working session is 45 minutes. The written blueprint is delivered within 48 hours after the call.
No. Start with the business process, not the software. The Assessment is designed to tell you whether AI belongs there and, if it does, what kind of first step makes sense.
We can review service requests, missed calls, scheduling, estimates, callbacks, sales follow-up, handoffs, recurring admin work, and reporting. The call focuses on the areas causing the most friction in your business.
The blueprint will say so. It may recommend fixing the process first, waiting, or leaving the work alone. If the Assessment does not identify at least one practical AI or automation improvement likely to save or make more than the $900 purchase price, we will refund your $900 payment.
No. You can use the blueprint yourself, give it to your existing team, hire another provider, or ask OldBranch Advisory to scope the first workflow. There is no implementation obligation.
You can use the blueprint yourself, ask for AI Workflow Coaching to set up one chosen workflow with guidance, or decide that no additional work is needed. Any next step remains optional.
AI Workflow Coaching is the do-it-with-you option for someone who already has a workflow in mind. You operate your own tools while Nick helps you plan, set up, test, and improve the workflow step by step.
You receive two 45-minute working sessions, one active workflow focus, and a short action list after each call. Between calls, you can email brief questions about the agreed action list. Email is for clarification, not monitoring, open-ended consulting, hands-on implementation, or a substitute for a working session. Software subscriptions, custom development, and emergency support are not included.
One workflow is one agreed business process and setup goal at a time—for example, turning a lead follow-up process into a repeatable AI-assisted workflow. We do not work on several unrelated workflows in parallel. If priorities change, we agree on the next workflow before moving on.
Coaching renews monthly. To stop the next charge, email nick@oldbranch.com before your next renewal date. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing month. Included sessions must be scheduled and used within that billing month; unused sessions do not roll over.
If it is worth looking at, start with the paid Assessment.
